Cookie Crisp, the cereal, introduced their mascot Chip The Dog in 1990, originally as a sidekick to then mascot Cookie Crook. He became the face of the company, known for his howling. This vintage novelty shirt from the early 2000s, deadstock in excellent condition, is a parody of the hit children's cereal, replacing the cookies with drugs being made by Chip.
